Educational purpose
CertNivo provides independent educational, skills-practice and exam-preparation materials. Use of the platform does not guarantee that you will pass a third-party certification exam, earn a credential, obtain employment or achieve a particular career result.
No exam dumps
You may not use CertNivo to request, upload, distribute, sell or reproduce leaked, stolen, confidential, recalled or otherwise unauthorized certification exam content.
Vendor independence
Unless explicitly stated, CertNivo is not affiliated with or endorsed by certification vendors, testing organizations, AI providers or technology companies referenced on the site. Their trademarks and certification marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and devices. Do not attempt to access another user's account, bypass access controls or interfere with authentication, payment or platform systems.
Paid subscriptions
CertNivo may offer paid recurring plans. The price, billing interval and included features are shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by the designated payment provider. Subscription access may depend on successful payment and an active subscription record. Unless otherwise required by law, charges already processed are not automatically refundable solely because a user did not use the service.
AI Tutor and automated output
AI-generated explanations, study plans and coaching may contain errors or omissions. Treat AI output as educational assistance, not as an authoritative source for official exam rules, legal advice, security authorization or high-impact decisions. Verify exam-specific requirements with the relevant certification provider.
Browser-based PDF, image and utility tools
File and productivity tools are provided for legitimate use. Only edit, sign, watermark, convert or otherwise modify documents and files you own or are authorized to handle. You are responsible for reviewing exported files before relying on them.
Completion records
Any CertNivo completion certificate, badge, score, readiness indicator or verification record documents activity within CertNivo. It is not an official third-party vendor certification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted content, impersonate others, upload malicious content, abuse AI or file tools, or use CertNivo unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Features, content, prices, usage limits and integrations may change as CertNivo develops. Temporary outages or third-party service interruptions may occur.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
